Thailand imposes AD duties on China's H-section

On November 10, 2025, Thailand announced its final affirmative finding on hot-rolled structural steel H-section originating in China, assigning anti-dumping (AD) duties on the subject goods, effective the day after the announcement, for a period of five years, calculated based on the CIF price.

Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. faces a duty of 30.86%. Hebei Jinxi Section Steel Co., Ltd. and all other Chinese producers/exporters receive 54.19%.
The products involved are under HS codes 7216.33.11.000, 7216.33.19.000, and 7216.33.90.000.

The initial investigation began on November 14, 2024, at the request of the Thai domestic company Siam Yamato Steel Co., Ltd.
