Metallus, a US-based producer of high-quality specialty metals, reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, with net income reaching US$8.1 million (US$0.19 per diluted share) on net sales of US$305.9 million.

During the period, shipments totaled 163,100 tons, up by 36% compared to the same period a year ago, driven by strength across all end-markets, despite a 3% sequential decline due to lower energy and industrial shipments.

CEO Mike Williams attributed the performance to steady demand, operational improvements, and a favorable product mix led by continued strength in the aerospace and defense sectors. Williams noted the company is preparing for 2026 by installing new assets and securing new programs in the growing aerospace and defense market.
