EMSTEEL, one of the region’s largest publicly traded steel and building materials manufacturers, announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2025. The Group recorded a 9% year-on-year increase in total steel sales volumes, with finished steel product sales rising 21% to 2.43 million tons. Cement and clinker sales reached 2.34 million tons, up by 17% year on year.

Meanwhile, revenues amounted to AED 6.5 billion, a 10% increase from last year. EBITDA grew 28% year on year to AED 823 million, with a margin of 12.7%, supported by higher steel selling prices and optimization initiatives. Net profit reached AED 283 million, soaring by 209% year on year, partly due to a low comparison base in the first nine months of 2024, when the Group’s results were affected by a one-off AED 83 million provision linked to a legal claim.

During the same period, the Emirates Steel division generated AED 5.8 billion in revenue, growing by 9% year on year, while Emirates Cement reported AED 652 million, a year-on-year increase of 21%.
