Australia continues AD duties on steel reinforcing bars from South Korea, Spain

The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission has announced the final determination of the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on steel reinforcing bars imported from South Korea and Spain, deciding to continue imposing AD duties starting on November 20, 2025.

The AD duty rates for South Korean exporters include 2.3% for Daehan Steel and 2.5% for Dongkuk Steel, while the rate for uncooperative and all other exporters is set at 12.0%.

For Spanish companies, Compañía Española de Laminación faces a 12.4% duty, and the rate for uncooperative and all other exporters is 15.0% (excluding Nervacero S.A.).

The products involved are under HS codes 7213.10.00.42, 7214.20.00.47, 7227.90.10.69, 7227.90.90.01, 7227.90.90.02, 7227.90.90.04, 7228.30.10.70, 7228.30.90.40, and 7228.60.10.72.
