EAEU imposes AD duties on China’s graphite electrodes

On November 17, 2025, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced that it will impose a five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty on certain Chinese graphite electrodes.

The AD duties, which will take effect 30 calendar days after the announcement, are set at a range of 19.92% to 22.51% for Chinese producers.

The products involved are furnace-use graphite electrodes with a diameter greater than 520 mm but not more than 650 mm and a cross-sectional area between 2,700 cm² and 3,300 cm². These products are classified under EAEU tariff code 8545110020.
