On November 21, 2025, Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) announced the launch of the third review investigation of anti-dumping (AD) measures against H-beam originating in China, following a request from Vietnamese enterprises.

The current AD duty rate is from 13.38% to 33.51% depending on the manufacturer or exporter.

The review period will cover sales from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. The products involved are under HS codes 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 7228.70.10, and 7228.70.90.

The deadline for interested parties’ registration is February 23, 2026.
