The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated sunset reviews concerning anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on forged steel fittings from India and South Korea, as well as countervailing duty (CVD) orders on the same products from India.

The purpose of these reviews is to determine whether revoking the existing duties would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry.

Interested parties must submit their responses to the USITC by December 31, 2025, and the comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed by February 10, 2026.
