US launches third AD & CVD sunset reviews on China’s OCTG

3 Dec 2025 14:25 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
On December 1, 2025, the US Commerce Department (USDOC) initiated its third sunset reviews of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imported from China.

Also, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) started the industry injury investigation to assess whether removing the existing AD and CVD duties would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry within a foreseeable time frame.

Interested parties must submit their responses to the USITC by December 31, 2025, and comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed before February 6, 2026.
