Turkish industrial conglomerate Tosyali Holding expects its total turnover in 2025 to approach US$9 billion, while steel production is projected to exceed 13 million tons, compared with 9.12 million tons last year.

The company has more than doubled its steel output over the past five years, becoming the third-largest steel producer in Europe and the leading producer in Turkey. During the same period, Tosyali’s strategic investments exceeded US$6 billion, focusing on sustainable development and advanced technologies.

Tosyali operates nearly 50 facilities across Europe, Africa, and Asia, with an annual steelmaking capacity of 15 million tons, and continues to expand. Key projects include the expansion of the Iskenderun plant in Turkey, new DRI plants in Algeria, and a large integrated complex under construction in Benghazi, Libya, with planned DRI capacity of 8.1 million tons. According to the Steel Exporters Association, Turkey’s steel exports rose to 16.04 million tons from January to October 2025, up by 9.5% year on year.
