On December 19, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued a notice, announcing a delay for the Statement of Essential Facts (SEF) and final recommendations regarding certain flat rolled steel products from China for anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) and South Korea for AD duties.

The Commission is expected to issue the SEF by June 23, 2026, and submit the final report to the Minister for Industry and Science by August 7, 2026.
