USDOC sets zero AD duties for South Korean welded line pipes

5 Jan 2026 15:19 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
South Korean steel manufacturers have received a favorable final ruling from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) regarding welded line pipe exports. Following an administrative review covering December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2023, federal officials confirmed that these goods were not sold at less than normal value in the US.

The decision maintains the zero percent dumping margins previously established in preliminary findings. This specific ruling applies to four South Korean companies, including Husteel, Hyundai Steel Pipe, NEXTEEL, and SeAH Steel. Consequently, these firms face no additional anti-dumping (AD) penalties for sales made during the designated timeframe.
