The anti-dumping (AD) duty imposed by Malaysia on pre-painted steel coils imported from China and Vietnam will expire on July 19, 2026. All interested parties may submit their views regarding the impending termination of the duty.

The affected products fall under the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) codes 7210.70.1200, 7210.70.1300, 7210.70.1900, 7210.70.2100, 7210.70.2900, 7210.70.9100, and 7210.70.9900.

The duty was imposed from July 20, 2021, to July 19, 2026, with AD tax rates ranging from 0% to 52.10% of the export price.

Interested parties who may be affected by the termination of the AD duty may submit written comments addressing whether the continued imposition of the duty is necessary to offset dumping of the subject goods, and whether injury is likely to persist if the AD duty is revoked or modified. All comments should be submitted no later than February 28, 2026.
