Chinese construction group wins 3 major infrastructure contracts in Hanoi, Vietnam

A major Chinese construction firm, Pacific Construction Group, has won bids for and is now implementing three significant infrastructure projects in Hanoi with a combined investment exceeding VND 100,000 billion. The contracts include the Tu Lien Bridge and its access roads, the Ngoc Hoi Bridge and its access roads, and the Hanoi Urban Railway Line No. 5 linking Van Cao with Hoa Lac.

On January 9, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Yan Jiehe, the founder of Pacific Construction Group, praising the company’s role as a contractor in key projects in the capital and encouraging further long-term investment and cooperation with Vietnamese partners.

The group’s plans include expanding participation in large infrastructure developments across Vietnam and strengthening technology transfer through joint projects
