Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has initiated an interim review of anti-dumping (AD) measures on prestressed steel cable products from Malaysia, Thailand, and China, following an application from a Chinese manufacturing enterprise. The products involved are under HS codes 7312.10.91 and 7312.10.99.

The original investigation began in July 2023, resulting in final duties imposed on January 14, 2025. Among them, Chinese exporters currently face duty rates between 10.48% and 28%.

Interested parties should register to respond to the case by the deadline on April 22, 2026.
