Argentina initiates changed circumstances review of AD duties on China’s radial ball bearings

27 Jan 2026 16:17 reported by Joy Liu

The Argentine Ministry of Economy launched a changed circumstances review regarding anti-dumping (AD) measures on radial ball bearings from China.

This investigation focuses on non-RST bearings with outer diameters ranging from 30 mm to 120 mm. While the probe proceeds, the government has suspended existing AD duties on these products, classified under tariff code 8482.10.10 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).

Historically, Argentina extended these measures four times between 2006 and 2022. Current regulations maintain minimum prices between US$6.45 and US$15.62 per kilogram.
