Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued a notice regarding the upcoming expiry of anti-dumping (AD) duties on H-shaped steel products from China. These trade measures remain in effect until September 6, 2027.

Interested parties must submit applications for a sunset review by February 27, 2026, to determine if the duties should continue.

Vietnam first imposed these duties in 2017 for a five-year period and renewed them in 2022 after a sunset review.

The products involved are under HS codes 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 7228.70.10, and 7228.70.90.
