The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced the launch of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on aluminum zinc coated steel imports from South Korea and Vietnam, following an application by domestic producer Bluescope Steel Limited.

This authority plans to release its Statement of Essential Facts (SEF) no later than June 1, 2026. A final report for the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science is due by July 15, 2026.

The products involved are aluminum-zinc alloy-coated flat-rolled iron and steel, whether or not containing alloys, with a width of at least 600 mm, which may feature resin coating but exclude painted surfaces. These goods are under HS codes 7210.61.00.60, 7210.61.00.61, 7210.61.00.62, and 7225.99.00.39.
