The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico. Covering the review period from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024, the review determined that specific Mexican exporters sold their products below normal market value.

The USDOC assigned specific weighted-average dumping margins to several entities: 11.77% for Perfiles LM and 7.70% for Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos. Other companies, including Aceros Cuatro Caminos, Productos Laminados de Monterrey, Maquilacero, Tecnicas de Fluidos, and Ternium Mexico, received a 9.66% rate.

Also, the USDOC rescinded the administrative review for 12 other firms due to a lack of reviewable entries of subject merchandise during this review period.
