The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued final results for its anti-dumping (AD) administrative review on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Germany. The USDOC determined that German CTL plates weren’t sold at prices below normal value in the US during the period of review from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.

This conclusion is in line with the preliminary results published on August 12, 2025. The USDOC preliminarily assigned a zero weighted-average dumping margin to AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke.
