US-based All Metals Fabricating has joined an investor group to acquire Power Electric Supply Co., aiming to strengthen its presence in the data center and power generation markets. 

The Texas manufacturer provides precision sheet metal fabrication, machining, and finishing services. Power Electric Supply, formerly known as Meister Supply Co., focuses on sourcing, warehousing, and distributing electrical and telecommunications equipment. The company operates across Texas, with facilities in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston. 

Through the partnership, All Metals Fabricating plans to expand sourcing options alongside its existing manufacturing services. The collaboration is also expected to improve pricing for copper bus bar products while providing Power Electric Supply customers access to additional custom manufacturing capabilities.
