LT Corp. expands portfolio with acquisition of Commercial Metal Forming

US-based LT Corp. has acquired Commercial Metal Forming, a producer of ASME-code and non-code steel tank heads. 

The company is headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio, and operates additional facilities and distribution centers in Texas and California. The acquisition strengthens LT Corp.’s presence in the pressure vessel and industrial steel fabrication sectors. 

LT Corp. oversees a group of operating companies active in propane equipment, steel fabrication, metal spinning, and storage tank construction and maintenance. Its subsidiaries include Quality Steel Corp., LP Cylinder Service, Buckeye Fabricating, Kryton Engineered Metals, and Tate Metalworks. 

The transaction further expands the group’s manufacturing network across several US states.
