US issues preliminary AD results on South Korean cold-rolled steel

9 Mar 2026 14:03 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced preliminary findings for its anti-dumping (AD) administrative review of South Korean cold-rolled steel flat products.

Covering the period from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024, the review determined that major producers Hyundai Steel and POSCO maintained weighted-average dumping margins of 0.00%. However, a 2.28% margin was assigned to other entities, including Ameri-Source Korea, Hanawell, and KG Dongbu Steel.

Besides, authorities are rescinding the review for 35 companies that had no reviewable entries during the review period. This partial rescission follows a lack of opposition from interested parties.
