Tenaris has officially completed its acquisition of the Beaver Falls scrap processing yard in Pennsylvania, now operating under its subsidiary, Steel Recycling Services. The approximately 39-acre yard sits adjacent to Tenaris's Koppel manufacturing facility, improving coordination between scrap processing and steel production while providing direct access to high-quality raw materials for its electric arc furnace.

The acquisition strengthens Tenaris's US steel manufacturing footprint without disrupting existing operations. As a leading global manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products, Tenaris serves most of the world's major oil and gas companies, generating revenues of US$12 billion in 2025. With around 25,000 employees worldwide, the company operates an integrated network of manufacturing, research, and service facilities across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
