The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) released the final results of its administrative review concerning steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Turkey for the period spanning from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.

The USDOC determined that certain Turkish producers/exporters sold the subject products below normal value during the review period. Specifically, Colakoglu Metalurji A.S. and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. received a weighted-average dumping margin of 18.87%, which is consistent with earlier preliminary findings.

The subject goods are classifiable in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) primarily under item numbers 7213.10.0000, 7214.20.0000, and 7228.30.8010.
