The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) concluded its administrative review regarding certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) imports from South Korea.

For the period from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024, the USDOC determined a 0.00% dumping margin for the POSCO single entity, which includes POSCO, POSCO International Corporation, POSCO Mobility Solution, Taechang Steel Co., Ltd., and Winsteel Co., Ltd.

Conversely, manufacturers excluded from this inquiry remain subject to a 7.10% cash deposit rate.

This decision establishes the final anti-dumping tax obligations for the designated period.
