US finalizes AD & CVD rulings on chassis from Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) released final anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) determinations regarding certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam on April 21, 2026. These imports fall under HS codes 8716.39.0090 and 8716.90.5060.

Mexico faces AD duties of 32.37% with a cash deposit rate adjusted for subsidy offsets of 0%, and a 76.91% CVD. Thailand receives AD duties ranging from 72.85% to 129.63%, with adjusted rates of 72.85% to 129.63%, plus CVD duties between 9.65% and 10.72%. Vietnam has an AD duty of 186.84%.

The USDOC initiated the AD and CVD probes on March 18, 2025.
