UAE-based Pipetec Solutions Manufacturing and KEZAD Group, the UAE's largest operator of fully integrated economic zones, signed a 50-year land lease agreement to build a steel pipe bending plant in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah.

Pipetec would invest AED 100 million to establish a state-of-the-art steel pipe bending plant covering an area of 18,000 square meters. The plant would use advanced induction pipe-bending technology to produce high-quality precision engineered pipe bending solutions for the oil and gas, construction, petrochemical, power, automotive, aerospace, and shipbuilding industries.

The plant, which would be operated with the highest quality and safety standards, was expected to be put into operation soon.
