Taiwanese Quintain's consolidated revenue increases in Apr y-o-y

Quintain Steel Co., Ltd., one of the steel wire rod manufacturers in Taiwan, reported that its consolidated revenue in April was about NT$253 million, increasing by 6.85% year on year and growing by 13.63% month on month.

In the first quarter, Quintain's consolidated revenue amounted to about NT$670 million, decreasing by 8.43% from the same period a year ago.

The company said the overall steel market has improved this year, with steel prices rising significantly. At the same time, downstream demand for inventory replenishment has emerged, and the company's operating performance for the whole year is expected to improve this year.
