According to statistics, Brazil’s wire rod exports totaled around 8,700 tons in November, plummeting by 45% compared to the preceding month.

Among them, the exports were mainly to the US, with around 5,900 tons, followed by 1,500 tons to Canada. The supply from ArcelorMittal accounted for the largest share, totaling nearly 8,000 tons.

During the same period, Brazil’s wire rod imports reached approximately 13,400 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 12.4%. Among them, China was the biggest import source with roughly 7,000 tons, and Egypt ranked second with 5,000 tons.
