Vallourec, a global leader in premium tubular solutions in France, has inked a contract with Allseas to provide nearly 18,000 tons of subsea seamless premium carbon steel line pipes for Petrobras' Búzios 10 offshore project in Brazil, with an optional scope of almost 5,000 tons.

Located off Rio de Janeiro, Búzios is one of the largest deepwater oil fields in the world and a significant part of Petrobras’ operations.

The deal includes Vallourec's Pipe Navigator solution, a digital portal providing quick access to project documents, data, and analysis. The production will occur at Vallourec's facility in Jeceaba, Brazil, ensuring high local content and lower carbon emissions.

This contract strengthens Vallourec's strategic position in Brazil's offshore market and presents its ability to deliver premium locally made tubular solutions.
