Vietnam’s AD measure on China’s H-shaped steel nearing end

The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam announced on July 4, 2025, that its anti-dumping (AD) measures on H-shaped steel products from China are nearing expiration. Interested parties have until August 4, 2025, to submit applications for a sunset review investigation.

Vietnam made the first final ruling of the sunset review on the case on August 31, 2022, continuing the AD duties of 22.09% to 33.51% on the subject products. The measure took effect on September 6, 2022, valid for five years.
