USDOC announces final CVD ruling on OCTG from Turkey

On July 11, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced its final results of the countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Turkey, ruling that certain Turkish exporters/producers of the subject products received countervailable subsidies during the review period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.

A subsidy rate of 1.55% is assigned to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., and Çayirova Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. receives 1.01%.

This announcement is applicable on July 11, 2025.
