The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced its final determination of the anti-dumping (AD) administrative review on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico. The USDOC determined that these products were sold in the US at less than normal value during the review period from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023.

This determination ruled AD duties on imports of these steel products from Mexico, with an estimated weighted-average dumping margin in a range from 7.77% to 11.80% for specific companies.

In the preliminary ruling, it was calculated that dumping margins ranged from 7.22% to 8.13% for specific producers and exporters, with an all-others rate of 4.91% for additional companies.
