Severstal has been certified by a national certification system for the production of large-diameter pipes. The company's facility in St. Petersburg was recognized for meeting the standards of API Q1 Specification, 10th edition, and API 5L Specification, 46th edition.

The certification covers the production of pipes up to strength class X80 at the company's Kolpino site. According to Roman Mironov, head of Severstal's rolled pipe production, this achievement continues a long tradition of meeting high standards. The certification will improve the company's competitiveness in tenders where international standards are a key requirement.
