USDOC corrects final AD results for heavy-walled rectangular pipes from 14 Mexican companies

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has corrected the final results of its 2022-2023 administrative review of the anti-dumping (AD) duties on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico. The USDOC had incorrectly assigned a review-specific cash deposit rate of 11.80% to 14 non-examined companies whose reviews had been rescinded in the preliminary results.

This erroneous rate has now been removed for the affected companies. The change, announced in the Federal Register, impacts firms including Aceros del Toro, Aceros El Fraile, Arco Metal, Border Assembly, Buffalo Tube, Fortacero, Forza Steel, Grupo Collado, Industrias Monterrey, Perfiles y Herrajes L.M., Placa y Fierro de Monterrey, PYTCO, Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos, and Tuberias Procarsa.
