US decreases rebar exports in Jun

According to statistics from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), US rebar exports in June fell by 45% month on month and by 62% year on year, reaching around 7,700 tons.

Canada was still the top destination for US rebar exports, receiving roughly 6,000 tons, a 28% drop from the previous month and a 49% fall from the same month a year earlier. Deliveries to other destinations were relatively low during the period.

In the given month, the export value decreased significantly by 42% month on month and by 58% year on year to approximately US$7 million.
