J.G. Petrucci Company, a development and design/build company, is nearing completion on a 75,000-square-foot expansion for Phoenix Tube Company, a leading manufacturer of stainless steel products.

The new building, located next to Phoenix Tube’s existing 200,000-square-foot facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, addresses growing demand for its products.

The expansion will add dedicated space for manufacturing, warehousing, and offices, increasing the company's operational footprint. This new structure, which includes a mezzanine level for offices and storage, is designed to enhance operational efficiency and provide Phoenix Tube with the capacity for future growth.
