ADF Group Inc., a North American leader in steel superstructure fabrication, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Groupe LAR Inc. and its subsidiaries. The transaction's purchase price is CAD 19 million, plus a closing adjustment for certain working capital expenses.

Groupe LAR, a Quebec-based company, specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of welded steel structures for the hydroelectricity market and heavy industry. The acquisition is expected to create significant synergies, contribute positively to ADF's net income, and diversify its offerings.
