South Korea starts AD probe on Thailand’s seamless copper tubes

The Korea Trade Commission (KTC) has launched an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on seamless copper tubes and pipes from Thailand, following a request from domestic producers.

The products involved in the investigation are seamless pipes made of refined copper with an outer diameter of 66.68 mm or less and a thickness between 0.20 and 2.50 mm, classified under tariff code 7411.10.0000.

The investigation period is from January 1 to December 31, 2024, and the injury investigation period covers January 1, 2022, to June 30, 2025.
