As the traditional "Golden September" has already gone, it seems that the "Silver October" holds the remaining expectations of Chinese market participants. However, according to the current market situation, the recovery of demand is quite limited. 

As for the supply side, in September, Chinese steel prices experienced adjustments and showed certain fluctuations, which could only sustain the market confidence to a limited extent. 

Seamless pipe mills, therefore, may not actively arrange their production. On the other hand, market insiders believe that the demand may further weaken in November and December once the weather turns colder.
