Henan Fengbao Special Steel Co., Ltd. has contracted Danieli to supply a new continuous casting machine (CCM) in Henan province, China.

The three-strand caster will produce ultra-large, high-alloy round billets with a diameter of up to 1,000 mm, including grades like P91/P92. These steels meet high mechanical standards for specialized applications, such as pressure pipeline components in the power, petroleum, metallurgical, and chemical sectors.

Danieli's supply covers the core-area design, key equipment, and Full Danieli Automation L1 and L2 systems.

This project is the eighth Chinese order for Danieli’s ultra-large round-billet casters in recent years.
