Tenaris gains 3-year supply deal for Brazil's offshore projects

31 Oct 2025 12:39 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
Petrobras, a Brazilian oil and gas company, has awarded Tenaris a three-year contract, from 2027 to 2029, to supply conductor and surface casing for its Pre-Salt and Equatorial Margin offshore projects in Brazil. The agreement was secured through a global tender.

The contract involves TenarisHydril BlueDock® weld-on connectors with Automatic Anti-Rotational Keys (AARK), strengthening operational efficiency and safety by reducing manual interventions.

Tenaris will use its Rig Direct® service model, which covers preparation for offshore, inspection, and on-site support. Tubulars will feature the PipeTracer® identification system, ensuring end-to-end traceability and simplifying operations to meet the strict demands of Brazil’s offshore market.
