Built upon Morgan and Ashlow guide legacies, the system offers remote, hands-free operation for rod and bar mills, dramatically improving safety by reducing operator exposure to hazardous areas. It continuously monitors critical guide functions, including section height measurement, guide alignment, bearing and roller condition, speed monitoring, and impact trend analysis, via wireless communication.
