Interpipe, a Ukrainian manufacturer of steel pipes and railway products, has obtained an order to supply materials for a new bridge on the A143 highway in Germany. The project, located near the city of Halle, involves constructing a bridge spanning the Saale River.

The company provided 300 tons of construction pipe, including 219 mm diameter line pipes, meeting European standards EN 10210, EN 10297, EN 10216-3, referring to DBS 918002. This delivery expands Interpipe’s portfolio of European bridge projects, which also includes structures in Slovakia and Turkey.

Marcel Schmitz, Interpipe’s Pipe Sales Manager for Europe, said that the company expects to contribute to further German state road renovations, given the country’s high demand for modernizing its aging transport infrastructure. The investment in reliable transport routes presents future opportunities for the firm and its German partners.
