Interpipe, a Ukrainian manufacturer of steel pipes and railway products, stated that despite the ongoing wartime environment, the company will continue to invest and modernize to ensure its competitive position in the international market.

Vitaliy Sueta, Director of Products and Resources, emphasized that only by continuously upgrading equipment and developing differentiated products can the company maintain its foothold in export markets.

Interpipe recently completed the construction of a new heat treatment plant in Nikopol, with an investment exceeding US$40 million. Building on this, the company continues to invest in advanced pipe finishing and processing equipment, with the relevant production lines expected to be operational in 2025, and plans to further acquire new equipment in 2026.

In addition to equipment upgrades, Interpipe is also simultaneously increasing its investment in the development, certification, and promotion of new products and services in new markets. Sueta stated that such investments may not yield immediate results, but are crucial for seizing market opportunities and long-term growth.

The company also plans to invest approximately US$120 million by 2032 to fully modernize its railway division, continuously improving production capacity and technological levels, demonstrating its determination to maintain global competitiveness in adversity.
