US revises dumping margin for circular welded carbon steel pipes from Thailand’s Saha Thai

23 Feb 2026 16:06 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) revised its final determination regarding circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand’s Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Company Limited (Saha Thai).

This amendment aligns with a US Court of International Trade (CIT) ruling issued on February 4, 2026. Therefore, the USDOC assigned a new dumping margin of zero percent to Saha Thai.

Previously, the investigation covering March 1, 2018, through February 28, 2019, resulted in a weighted-average dumping margin of 37.55%. Because the initial calculation was not in harmony with the CIT's final findings, the USDOC updated the order to reflect the court's decision.
