The USDOC determined that Mexican exporters sold products below normal value during the review period. Estimated dumping margins include 7.42% for Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.A. de C.V. and 31.23% for Forza Steel S.A. de C.V. A rate of 16.81% applies to other non-examined Mexican firms.
