Rizhao Steel has successfully developed and produced the European-standard HE500B/A heavy H-beam. After rigorous testing, the product meets all European requirements in terms of performance and dimensional accuracy, marking a significant breakthrough in the company’s capabilities in high-end international structural steel production.

The HE500B/A belongs to the wide-flange heavy H-beam series and is widely used in major projects such as high-rise buildings, railway bridges, large airport terminals, stadiums, and offshore platforms. Its excellent load-bearing capacity, structural stability, and bending resistance make it a preferred choice for high-end engineering structures worldwide.

This achievement fills a gap in Rizhao Steel’s production of extra-large European-standard H-beams and further strengthens its competitiveness in the global market. Currently, the company covers about 90% of British-standard specifications, around 80% of American and Australian standards, and has full coverage of Japanese and South Korean standards.
