France-based pipe manufacturer Vallourec announced that it signed two contracts in February 2026 to supply 14,000 tons of OCTG products in Indonesia, as part of a broader series of five agreements with regional oil and gas operators.

The total volume of these contracts reaches approximately 36,000 tons of premium pipes and connections, supporting oil and gas operations across around 140 wells.

All pipes will be fully heat-treated and threaded at its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Citra Tubindo (PTCT). This localized production approach is expected to maximize capacity utilization and enhance supply chain efficiency. Vallourec added that the project will deliver high-value solutions to operators while contributing to Indonesia’s industrial development.
