A A A
Tenaris, a steel pipe supplier headquartered in Luxembourg, has purchased the oilfield division of AllTorque, a Canadian original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specializing in tubular running technology.

This acquisition builds on a current collaboration to improve the Tenaris WISer™ solutions, which provide real-time torque data analysis and monitoring for well integrity. AllTorque, based in Alberta, brings nearly 30 years of experience in torque turn hardware and software development to the partnership.

The integration aims to increase operating efficiencies for Rig Direct® customers by utilizing ergonomic equipment and intuitive interfaces.

Since 2022, Tenaris has used these digital solutions to run 77 million feet of oil country tubular goods across North America, South America, and Europe. By owning this technology, Tenaris intends to provide more consistent well construction and data-driven decision-making for its customers in these regions.
